Delete your Animora account

Open Animora, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm.

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your Animora account with the subject Delete my Animora account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Deleting your account removes your Animora profile and content you own, including posts, pets, and live streams. Transaction and safety records may be retained only where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Delete data without deleting your account

You can delete individual posts, pet records, shop listings, and other supported content from their in-app controls. To request removal of other Animora content or personal data while keeping your account, email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject Animora data deletion request and describe the data you want removed. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Transaction and safety records may be retained only where legally required or necessary for fraud prevention and security.

To report objectionable content, a safety issue, or an animal-welfare concern, email [email protected] with details.
