Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 9 September 2026

Animora is a social community for pets and the people who love them. We are committed to keeping our community safe, and we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This page sets out our standards, how we enforce them, and how to contact us.

Our zero-tolerance standard

We strictly prohibit, and act against, any content, conduct, or account that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or abuses a child. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexualised commentary about children, and any attempt to solicit, produce, or share such material. There are no exceptions.

Minimum age

Animora is intended for users aged 13 and over (or the minimum digital age in your country, whichever is higher). Accounts we identify as belonging to children under this age are removed.

How we moderate and enforce

Reporting to authorities

Where we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material or a child in danger, we act promptly and report to the appropriate authorities and child-protection organisations (for example, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, NCMEC, and relevant local authorities) as required by law.

How to report a child safety concern

If you see something that puts a child at risk on Animora:

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. We keep these standards under review and update them as our product and the law evolve.
